In this role, she often translated for Spanish-speaking clients, witnessing firsthand how language barriers and cultural differences added to the stress of navigating the legal system. These experiences motivated her to attend law school and dedicate her career to being a voice for clients who might otherwise feel unheard.
Today, Ms. Fernandez is an integral member of ’s Employment Law Division, where she represents employees in various workplace disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations. Her compassionate approach and thorough advocacy ensure her clients feel supported and empowered throughout the legal process. Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Fernandez uses her bilingual skills to connect with diverse clients and fight for the justice they deserve.
