Associate Attorney – Labor and Employment Law

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and correspondence for client cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Assist in litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on labor and employment law matters.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation within the law office.
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates and gather information.
Job Requirements:
- CA Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and in good standing.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- 3-5 years experience or knowledge in Labor and Employment law.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
