Prior to joining Lyfe Law, Mr. Choi was a partner at a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, where he led multiple practice groups and advised business owners, executives, and boards on high-value matters ranging from corporate acquisitions to partnership and shareholder conflicts. His deep understanding of courtroom dynamics and corporate structures allows him to anticipate issues, minimize risk, and resolve disputes precisely.
