Legal Assistant / Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation Cases

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting injured workers? We’re seeking a Legal Assistant / Case Manager to join our Workers’ Compensation team in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset who’s ready to make a difference in the lives of clients navigating work-related injuries.

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA
  • Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client communication and updates throughout the legal process
  • Preparing, organizing, and filing legal documents
  • Scheduling appointments, hearings, and depositions
  • Assisting attorneys with case strategy and follow-up
  • Maintaining accurate case records and client files
  • Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely document submission
  • Supporting clients with documentation and paperwork requests

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a legal assistant or case manager role (Workers’ Compensation preferred)
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail
  • Knowledge:Familiarity with California Workers’ Compensation procedures is a plus
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using legal software, case management tools, and MS Office
  • Team Player: Ability to work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff in a fast-paced environment
